Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns for faulty items only. We do not return for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

To complete your return, please email us at jackofalldesigns@outlook.com and advise us of the item/s and reason for refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
